This year's Compliance & Ethics Week focuses on the small, everyday actions that strengthen Toyota's culture of integrity. Throughout the week, we will explore five simple but powerful themes: Know Your Part, Be Alert, Pause Before You Act, Speak Up, and Make Ethics a Habit. Together, these themes reinforce that ethics is not limited to policies or annual training. It is reflected in the decisions we make, the questions we ask, the concerns we raise, and the way we treat others every day. By understanding our individual responsibilities, recognizing potential risks, exercising good judgment, speaking, and consistently choosing the right action, we help protect Toyota's reputation, strengthen trust, and contribute to a culture where integrity guides everything we do.
Along with each day's information are daily quiz questions. Those that complete the daily questions will be eligible to be in a drawing for prizes.
